The only, and I mean only, 100% complete 64x pack that I know of is Rise of Tredonia. It hasn't been updated for 1.6 yet, so you'll have to do that yourself, but it's the best one that I can think of.

There's barely anyone making custom sounds. If you find a sound pack that you like, just add the sounds to a pack that catches your fancy. You're unlikely to find many good sound packs out there, much less any attached to a full texture pack.

No and no. You can only get an HUD like that with the pumpkinblur.

Check your zip file for "thumbs.db" files. They'll be hidden, but you can find and delete them if you use an archiver program.

I do believe that a "professional" texture artist will be wanting a little more than a custom rank on a server.

I would be willing to let you use my texture pack as your server's official texture pack, if you're interested, though there would be some conditions that we would have to discuss through PM.

Woah woah woah. That's quite a lot to request.

I usually get a little annoyed when people ask for a texture/resource pack, but you've asked for five. And, you've provided little to no information about what you want, other than a general theme. You've made it nearly impossible for your request to be filled. Try looking around for existing packs that fit your needs, because I doubt anyone will sign on for all of that. Making textures is hard work, and sounds even harder. It's not something we can just whip up in an afternoon.

Lots of packs have animations, just look around. You'll eventually find one that you like.

There are templates all over the place. Something tells me you didn't look very hard.

There was a really fantastic faithful texture pack that was just released a few days ago on Minecraft Forums. It's a lot better than all the other faithful packs I've seen; the artist is really fantastic.

I'd love to give you a link, but the site seems to be down right now.

You can stil animate paintings, but you have to use the old school MCPatcher method. Go to MCPatcher's thread and read the "Information for Texture Pack Authors" section, and see if you can get an idea.

I think you would get a better response asking on the Minecraft Forums. A lot of skilled professional artists hang out in the Texture Discussion forum, and I know at least a few of them aren't tied down on a project right now.

The pack in my signature is rather rustic and medieval, but it's 64x. I would like to offer another suggestion, but all the good RPG packs that I know of are High-res. If you want to find a good default-res RPG texture pack, you're going to have to shop around.

MCPatcher and/or Optifine are not required to run high-res packs anymore, but it's still recommended. Features like CTM and custom colors can have a lot of weight in determining a pack's aesthetic.

I agree with Nice7. The style of the pack wouldn't benefit a whole lot by being upscaled. It's fine where it is.

I'll check out your pack, play around with it a little, just to see if I'll be able to match the style. Then, I'll make a few basic items, to see if I'll be able to do it.

If you could tell me exactly what items you'll be needing, and at what resolution, that'd be great!

I could make some items, but there'd be no guarantees. I'm less busy now that school's out, but that doesn't mean I'd be able to commit to a long term project. Also, you'd have to make sure to follow my TAU license.
