2. Clothing Types, Patterns, Colors and Designs
3. Any Specific Base You Would Like Me To Use?
4. (Optional) Extra Features
5. Shaded Or Unshaded
6. Any Specific Race?

Also, You Must Know That I Am Not A Professional Skin Maker, So You Have To Accept The Fact That I Use Bases.
Also, By Unshaded I mean, The Hair Will Be One Solid Color, The Clothes Will Be One Solid Color, No Shading At All.
