Why Should I pick you: I have experience, know how to deal with problems, Friendly, to people but do enough to stop hackers/greifers. I can be on allot, (and will if I'm selected)
Staff Experiance:I have been co-owner twice, admin once, so I have plenty of experience (if needed, i can possibly prove) I know basic plugins, and can use WE very well.
What Can You Do For Server: I can be no allot, and develop the server at first, make people like it and expand it. I can stop greifers, and set things up nicely.
Maturity: 7-9/10. It differs, some times I can fool off, but if I'm needed to be serious, or want to be, I am.
Why Do You Want Staff: I have spare time, enjoy being staff, and want to help make a good server
How would you deal with a Griefer/Spammer/Hacker: It depends how big it is. If someone is spamming, I would kick them, maybe a few times. Then I would mute them, if they did it again, I would make it a long mute or jail them. Griefers, It depend on how big. I they broke into someones house, and stole a small amount of items, I might do a hour or 2 of temp ban or jailing. If it was big, I would do long ban, or permanent. Hackers, I would Temp ban if it is something small, and long term ban if it was something like flying, hacking in items, etc. If they messed with server, or went really far, obviously permanant ban.
