Do you have any skills that could benefit the server (eg. Can code in java or can make websites or banners.)? I am very good at advertising. I can get the word out fast about the server through friends, and more.
Can you build well? (Provide proof if possible): I think I am a pretty good builder, but don't have anything to show you at the moment.
Player A accuses Player B of hacking what do you do? First things first, I would look at their alibis, trying to get a basic picture of what happened. If the evidence shows that Player A, for example, he/she would get a temp. ban. If both people cannot provide enough proof, I will forget about the whole thing, but would always keep a close eye on them, just in case I catch something.
A player hacks right in front of you but uses the excuse "we must be lagging" what do you do?: Well, I would first ask the supposed hacker to show any proof that he/she has any hacking programs, ect. If he fails to show any reasonable proof (screenshots, recordings if possible, ect.) I will ask a higher up if the player deserves a temp. ban, jailing, or permanent ban. If the player can bring up some good evidence, proving that they indeed were not hacking, then I will let the player be, but tell others (Moderators, Admins, ect) to keep watch for the player, just in case he/she may try to hack again.
