Knowledge Of The UnderTale Story And Lore: I've played Undertale two times, pacifist and genocide. (SPOILERS)The lore is about a war that started between humans and monsters, the humans being victorious in the end and trapping the monsters Underground. Since then, many humans have fallen into the pit in MT. EBOTT. The fallen human is greeted by Flowey, who dons a friendly face but really is intent on destroying everything. I could write a whole essay about this but nah xD
