well uh that's a bit extreme isn't it? i am telling you that no one wants to watch a minecraft video at like 15 fps. if you can not run and record the game at a bearable frame rate, don't do it. i'm not being a hater, it's a fact that people don't like low fps.

keep your mic level consistent because it gets really loud and then quiet randomly.

don't be a dick because someone is trying to help you.

let's take a look at the gta 4 minimum requirements:

this is the absolute bare minimum you will need to even launch the game without it crashing. let's not forget that the PC port for this game is terribly optimized so gl trying to play it with the minimum system requirements. my computer has better specs than the both of your choices and i have to play gta iv at the lowest resolution on the lowest settings and i still only get ~15 fps TOPS
