Communities/Texturing How do i make my animated texture work?

Hello there, i've already solved the problem, my .mcmeta file was named diamond_sword.png.mcmeta, just made a typo while writing the post. All i had to do is go to Optifine's settings and turn on Animated Terrain. Thanks for helping, anyways!
