Have you owned any communities/servers? - Yeah, I've had my own server once, until I had to leave it for irl stuff, but now I'm not busy.
Have you ever been admin/moderator on any other communities/servers? - Yes, I've once been an admin on CreeperCraft (I don't know what happened to it but now I cant join it).
Do you have any knowledge with making Minecraft servers? - Yes, I have my own server and It contains some pretty cool plugins incluiding un-released development version for Call Of Minecraft: Zombies.
Are you capable of putting together a team of Admins/Mods to help make the server? - Yes, for my own server I have looked for the best admins/mods and most responsible people out there to help it.
Why do you deserve this server over other applicants? [150 word min] -
Well, first of all, I lost my old server, but that's not it.
I am capable of doing weekly new plugins / revamps and I am very active for the server.
I don't really think anyones above the other, if this is what the question means, but I'm pretty sure that the server will improve a lot. I may develop and update plugins, create new games, add arcade, fix bugs, update minecraft version of the server and I can also improve it's staff, systems and builds.
The server has great potentional, and can have even more.
By getting a good combination of staff, in wich each are friends of eachother, have good communication and are known by me as trusted a lot, the server can increase unimaginavely.
Admins shouldn't be by application, but yes by how much you know them and how good are they for the server.
Let's suppose you get this application for admin:
'Hello! I am age 17 and I am willing to help this server like a lot.'
But when you get into the server, you see the lobby 'ruinned', or in other words, changed to a different thing as the admin liked.
No, we have to know the admins very well.
Moderators are the same thing as admins. We can't just say "Admins only important", no. Even for lacking ONE single staff member, the server can fail.
Builders are also a critical part of the team.
Even though builders may have less power, they aren't less or more important than others.
This server is certainly good and has good hopes for huge increase of it's players.
I believe 'admin abuse' won't occur, but incase it does, I will just have set a forum and a section just for it, for the player's salvation!
