The zombies to have weapons, armours.
Making baby zombies appear: small, fast ( speed II ),does 1/2 heart
Make a variety of zombies:
Enderzombie - Able to teleport and have all functions of enderman, except it will not teleport when touch water
CreeperZombie - same functions as creeper. Explode when near, also explodes upon death
SpiderZombie - same functions as spider. Able to climb walls, make the zombie sit on the spider for appearance
WitherZombie - same functions as wither boss, also when attacked, get a wither effect for 5 seconds
ZombieBlaze - same functions as blaze, gets burned for 5 seconds
ZombieDragons - Zombie riding on enderdragon, you get the idea.

Medkits - Paper (bandages)
Sticky Grenade - slimeball - slowness for 5 seconds
Flash grenade - snowball - blindness for 5 seconds
Claymores - redstone repeater - damage when in radius at any damage (ur choice)
Mines - pressure plates - damage when stepped at any damage (ur choice)
Throwing axe - stone axe - any damge (ur choice)
texture pack for weapons.

Hit Indicator mod implemented on server ( or if youknow how to use the scoreboard on zombies, show the health on them)
Swimming gear: helmets for nightvision and last long underwater

Killstreaks? example: get a 20 kill streak on zombies and get a supply crate(chest) fill of food and medkits.
40 killstreaks: Diamond sword with 1000 uses, and enchantments on it
60 killstreaks: get a map and call down a airstrike of burning arrows on a area
80 killstreaks: fly a enderdragon and shoot bombs like a AC-130 in MW2
