I have alot of experience in setting-up servers. From coding/configuring the plugins to building. I can set-up the permissions for any rank you want.(I can work with PermissionsEx and GroupManager). I've just started coding JavaScript's, so I can't make really good custom plugins, but I will figure out how to, if you want me to.

I wanted to start a server for a pretty long time now, but didn't have the money for it D:. I am very experienced with managing the server and coding plugins. Also I can get over 50 people in 10 minutes. My skype is nedisbvx if you're interested msg me.

Experience: Well. To start off, I have been Owner on 3 servers. I've made them all from scratch, with no help, I got all the plugins, configured them, and even made a few Custom plugins. Also I can code Html. (That's if you need a custom made Website).
Reason you want Rank: I want the rank, because I like to help out people, and be proud of my work. And I am pretty mature, which is always a good thing
