    Hello !
    I was wondering if anyone would like to see a remake and/or spiritual successor to Summer fun patterns ? I like the idea of making a seasonal small pack, but I don't know if people would be interested in it. Working on Pretty Pixel Paintings is cool and all but I miss working on blocks' textures. TvT

    I've resumed work on Pretty Pixel Paintings !
    Moreover, I'm thinking of remaking the preview pictures of a couple of my packs, probably for a 1.21 update. Not sure I'll do it for Cute and less tacky, but let's wait and see.

    I've finally made a Bedrock port of Pretty Fraisier ; all that's left to do is the cover/preview pics, then it'll be ready to post.
    I had forgotten how effective this Java to Bedrock site was ! Thanks to it I can skip a bunch of tedious steps, even though I have to do slight edits to the manifest.json file to avoid incompatibility pop-ups. It doesn't work for everything, but it's still a life-saver.

    I find it quite amusing that I use a program made for Windows 7 to create most of my pixel art. It even has its own proprietary file extension, so the day it stops working on modern versions of Windows I'll be screwed. >v<'

    Woah, another unprompted hiatus from me ?! Whoops !
    More seriously, I apologize for my sudden disappearance ; I went through 50 layers of art block and had a rough time in general, but I'm starting to feel better, and I did manage to make a few things nonetheless. ^^
    I've begun to work on a proper Cute and less tacky remake and already have a few things ready for it, but I've also made some progress on Pretty Pixel Paintings, despite all the rest.
    Oh and I've also made some blinky templates ! I'd like to make even more to be honest, but it's kinda yet another way to procrastinate on my packs, ha ha (although blinkies allow me to improve my pixel art skills) ! I've submitted my templates to blinkies.cafe so people can easily edit them, but I haven't heard from the mods yet... Crossing fingers so my templates get added to the list !

    In any case I hope you're all doing well. ^^

    Greetings Earthlings !
    As you might already know, I also make custom heads from time to time (they're all available on Minecraft-Heads here !), but unlike with PMC there's no download/use counter on M-H, no comments, no diamonds, so while I know my heads are good enough to be published in the database I don't have an easy way to see if people do use my creations. That's probably impossible with custom heads anyway, but I love seeing people actually using the things I create, it warms my heart !
    However, just by looking at the Discord server of the site plus looking at some of the new datapacks, I've noticed a few of my heads being used and that made me really happy. ^^ It got me to wonder if any PMC user had used my heads in some builds too, so today I decided to check the maps uploaded to the site. Two (1, 2) gorgeous maps by PitchouHD caught my eyes, and I was super glad to see some of my heads being used in such amazing builds ! I really encourage you to check them out !
    From what I've seen so far PitchouHD used my rainbow gingerbread house, my simple red Christmas ornament and my pink one. The ornaments were used in such an ingenious way that I almost didn't recognize them at first ! Wowie ! (☆▽☆)

    Feel free to tag me in your publications if you use my packs, skins or custom heads, by the way ! You don't have to, of course, but just know that it's fine by me. ^^

    I've seen a lot of configs with a middle part and a column on each side and decided to give it a try too ! I might tweak some things around again but I'm pretty happy with this so far.

    I've heard of a Java texture pack to Bedrock resource pack converter and it made me wonder if there were still some Bedrock players who would like to use my packs.
    I'm not sure I could easily port Fluffy Bliss because of the unique carpet textures with connected borders, but I've found a few guides that could allow me to figure something out.
    I mean, I did start to post my packs because I wanted the things I couldn't find online before to be widely available, hence why all of my packs work in pure vanilla, no Optifine required. Although a large part of Minecraft's player base only plays Bedrock these days, a mere fraction of it can download packs off the in-game store. With all the troubles of trying to make a Bedrock pack (even if it's made from scratch it's a pain to do) I often wonder if trying to convert my packs would be worth the effort. I need to look deeper into those converters, but truth to be told I already have a lot on my plate.
    I've thought about releasing new ports as a sort of Christmas gift for PMC users but the holiday season is always so busy for me, plus I kinda want to focus on my painting pack and skins sooooo... Um, maybe it could be one of my 2024 projects. ^^'
    (Also it seems like the Cute and less tacky port doesn't work ? It worked on my PC but I might have exported it wrong. I should probably fix that first— damn I don't even have Bedrock installed on my current computers)

    I'm not dead !

    Sorry for the few months of relative inactivity ; my offline life got pretty busy, and I explored different hobbies than pixel art. Plus sometimes, telling myself that I must absolutely do something only makes me so anxious I end up procrastinating some more. >.<'
    I still want to complete my painting pack, but I'm starting to run out of ideas... So I was wondering if you'd like to have a downloadable WIP ? I'll probably try to add a new painting before I upload anything, but I guess I've been "teasing" you all for way too long already... ^^'

    Painting pack update !

    Here is what I've made so far :
    A Minecraft screenshot focusing on 12 paintings
    12 paintings made, 14 to go !

    I originally wanted to avoid blatant references to other franchises than Minecraft, but when you have to make 26 pieces that can stretch on a few blocks it's just less nerve-wrecking to make some fanart for franchises you love, haha.
    Anyway, I'm trying to use a variety of colors (while still matching my Lovely Colors pack) & trying to make some useful paintings too ! I've made some computer screens, a pin board, TVs, menus, ... There are also more regular paintings with a wider use.
    Making paintings has been pretty fun so far, but I fear the larger canvases, haha. >.<'

    In any case, I'll try to keep you updated on my progress !

    For a while now I've been wondering if I should remake my first yet most popular pack : Cute and less tacky. Lovely Colors started out as a remake but it ended up going beyond that... But it still kinda bugs me out that my most popular pack doesn't reflect how much I've improved... So I've put a poll on my Tumblr account to let you decide if I should remake my first pack and how !
    I think you don't need a Tumblr account to vote, but if you want to explain your vote and you don't have a Tumblr, then you can explain your thought process in the comments of this wall post (remember to vote on Tumblr though !).

    Sooo... I've just noticed I now have 100 followers on here (well 106 to be more specific) ! Wowie, it got here so fast...!
    Anyway, I was thinking about celebrating this milestone in some way. I'd love to make a "meet the artist" type of skin but heh, I like my TV-head persona too much. Well I'll probably make a skin still, I'll figure out something.

    Thank you all for getting me there, by the way ! My Minecraft creator journey has been very surprising so far, and I hope it has more cool surprises for me !

    Wow it has been a while since I gave you any news !
    Well I'm still alive & still playing Minecraft, but I've been taking creative things slow lately, even with my main hobby (drawing). December was very stressful for me and I guess I'm still hangover from that, haha. I've been writing more (both fiction and daily life rambles), and I made more friends too. So worry not ! I'm doing pretty well !
    Perhaps I'll make a few custom heads sometime since those aren't too hard to make for me now. I'll keep you guys updated !

    Oooh, I've forgot to post about it, but Minecraft-Heads got a new update... A week ago or so ? And as usual it added more of my heads :
    My 34 heads listed on Minecraft-Heads
    There's now 34 of my heads listed on the site ! Well, 33 if you remove the 2nd Eclipse plushie... It's an older version of the head that somehow got accepted ; the best one is the one next to Cosmo.
    More importantly, there's now more of my Christmas heads ! I've made a few gingerbread houses and more ornaments. I'm still making more ornaments to match my Lovely Colors pack, among other things.

    Some of the heads recently added were actually my earliest heads (like the books), but the plushies are my most recent heads. Cosmo and Eclipse are less known Sonic characters that don't get a ton of love, so I've decided to make them into Minecraft plushies !
