How long have you played Minecraft: 2 years
Have you ever been Staff on another server before, if so how many and what ones: I've been staff on a total of 14 servers but they are all shut down now.
Why do you want to be Staff (Be in-depth please):
Why I want to be a admin/mod on the these servers? The main reason I would like to be a admin/mod is mainly because I would like to help the community as much as I possibly could, I like helping people out and I believe that this is one of the ways I can. Why you should pick me? I believe that I could be a good moderator because I have had a huge amount of moderating experiences and training. I am fair and non biased, I am a hardworking, enthusiastic individual, committed to completing tasks given to a high standard. I have a high respect for rules given within a server. I work well both independently and in a team, and find it easy to get on well with, collaborate and establish rapport with people that I meet. I am dependable, loyal and motivated when it comes to being a moderator. Also my presence could benefit the staff team because I work from a command a command of which I will not fail and I will follow and never take down. That command will stick with me and I will fight and fight to get them hackers, cheaters and trolls out of the system so we can have a better this games hub community for those who are innocent.
What skills can I bring the the Moderation team? The main skills that I can bring to the moderation team is my long term knowledge of being a moderator, I know the majority of the commands that are required for servers such as /Kick <playername> [reason], /ban <playername> [reason] and /tempban <playername> [time] [reason] etc.. Other areas that I have assisted in - Not only have I been a moderator but I have helped out in various different areas, I have been part of the 5 30 player consistency servers being a builder, 7 time moderator for servers that had an average of 20 people on at a time and also I am a Youtuber in which I help by promoting servers, maps and other people's channels.

Firstly I would give the person a clear warning and simply ask them to stop if it's nothing major and it's just something like spamming, trolling, swearing or annoying someone else for self ammusement. If after I ask them to stop and they do not follow the orders of which I set out under the rules that a member/donator MUST follow and they disobey my command and continue to break that rule it will result in only a kick but if they do something worse like hacking or damaging the server using mod's that affect the game and help them win more games like Nodus then that shall result in a 6 day tempban (or longer) with evidence that I recorded with either fraps or DXTory. Also if they are ddosing others and anything overly major I will not ban them myself... I would get a higher rank to help me withing my case and to see if that was a false accusion or not and it may result in a /ban.
