How good are you at creating/imagining quest lines? Hmm.. It depends on what your expectations are. Though, I can guarantee that I can create presentable quest and stories for hundreds of players to enjoy. I have written quite a few short stories and am currently working on a full length novel in my spare time, which of course will be presented to you if you would like.
Give us an example quest/piece of loot you would create: Rather then creating something that players are used too such as: Collect 15 Rotten Flesh or Slay 15 Skeletons, I will present something that's a bit more complex and user friendly. I intend to create something sort of like this:
You talk to a series of people to find a person that the original quest giver was asking for you to talk to (he tells you to gather a certain herb). You are then directed to a library of some sort, you flip through a series of books and different scattered pieces of parchment until you find a map, a map which shows you a section of the land where the herb is it. Once you find the herb, the parchment tells you how to harvest the herb etc. Once you get back, you help the person apply it to the wounded soldier or knight. (Though it won't be quite this complex due to the limitations that Minecraft has but it will indeed be a rather long quest.)
Why do you want to become a Lore Master?: Due to the simple fact that I am passionate about writing! Writing is more then a profession, it is a live style. When you write, it gives you a better perspective of the world. Also, I've always fancied Minecraft Server Lore!

Are you familiar with the Phatloot, Citizens, and Quests plugins?: I'm quite familiar with PhatLoot and several other plugins but there may be some that I'm not familiar with.
Can you be mature at the right times?: Indeed. Though, you will find me as a serious person. I can cackle with the whole team at times but sometimes I like to be serious. I am the kind of person that tells people to get serious a lot.
