What kind of writing do you mostly do? : Serious sort of "quest" like stories, or silly nonsense short stories.
Strengths (Please be honest): Coming up with ideas on the spot a still being extremely descriptive.
Weaknesses (Again, please be honest): Never being able to finish a series.
Why should we let you join? Because I bring, let's call it flavor, to a community. I am very colorful and I take joy in writing!
An example of your work (Just make a short paragraph or sentence showing us what you can do!):
Drake saw it, like a thousand lanterns got toppled over and nobody was there to stop it. There was nothing he could do to stop the flames from engulfing the entire island he was raised on. His heart pounded inside his chest as he flew over the scene. He felt the urge to jump out, to save someone, to be a hero.
He hung in the sky for what felt like forever. he knew he should have never been a traveler. Drake spotted a familiar figure on the beach before he landed into the cool ocean, but all he felt was the aura of heat and death.
"Mother!" he screamed at the top of his lungs, "Are you okay?"
Alice gasped as she lay sprawled out on the beach. "Your grandparents, gone, My sweet Matt... The first.. to die!"
"You are okay Mom, I will take you away from here."
Drake suddenly felt as bright as a star, a glowing star, and the next thing he knew, he didn't know. They were suddenly in a cave on the snow capped mountains of a strange new place, the two of them.
His mom awoke. "Drake, you're so much like your grandfather, Even as a dragon, that was even his nickname."
"A... Dragon?"
Drake fell, and nothing else was said.
That was actually a piece from my new story, so I got carried away
