Very well thought out..

I'm only 16, and a female gamer to be honest. and I know exactly what you are talking about.
I have made many mistakes when I was 10, even more today. I have more experience than when I was 10, and I am probably still not mature now. I will have to say society DOES tend to choose the oldest person for a job or server staff position, And I will keep that in mind when I apply for a job hopefully this year.

Age does matter, so does maturity. and in the perspective of math and science... Age is the Independent variable here.

I agree with the whole making it big part. Because as I stated before, history has shown that large communities tend to go corrupt faster, and in order to compensate, they make a bigger government.

This is how it's playing out in the USA. My father keeps telling me that government is getting too strong here.. and I believe it. heck.. sometimes my bus driver says we should secede!

Hmm. That sounds like a cool idea! it sounded like early America when you said it was run by 98% of the player population, since the colonies were so small, they could run themselves.

But back to the point. If you want your server to be very small, that is an excellent idea. However, if you know history, a large population equals more chaos.

I have never heard of Sponge Either. Is it a promising alternative to bukkit for you?

The worst thing I have ever done was pick the lock to the art cabinet in my art class.
The substitute (who is also the principal) actually let me do it though. because There was no way to get my work done.

The reason I'm saying it's the worst thing is because imagine if you did that, but you did it to pick the lock to someone's house.

I like paint.NET... but in my opinion, GIMP should also be an option. it is very easy to use.

in 8th grade, at my Christian school we watched Veggie tales for some odd reason :/

I did watch a Christmas carol that year too. it was a Language arts party for the end of the year 2012. wow... that was a long time ago...
