I mostly do Toku skins, but willing to do non-toku, the upload of a skin will 99% of the time be after debut.
Also, you will forgive me of it takes me time to finish a skin, these aren’t made with a photo-to-skin converter program, and even if they were those are anything but accurate.
My opinions do not reflect or affect whether or not I do a skin. I only do skins on the basis of the design, not on whether or not I like the character or other factors like that.
