Previous Experience: Ran two gaming communities in the past, also admin several minecraft servers, seen some succeed and seen some fail so i know what it takes to run a server to its full potential

Why You Want To Be Staff: I want to be staff because i like to help and watch small servers grow and reach their potential. I enjoy being staff also because it lets me connect to the players more.
What Can You Do For The Server: I'm on almost everyday, so i can be there being helpful. I can advertise and help populate the servers, i can run events and be there to support the players.
Your Disciplinarians (Bans, TempBans, Mutes):When i see someone hacking/xraying i give them a temp ban which is for 48hrs and give them a stern warning, and i also remove any items they acquired while they were hack, if they continue i will ban them. If they are spamming the chat i will give them a warning, if they continue i will mute them for 30mins, if they continue they will be muted for an 1 hr and after that they will receive a temp ban if they continue to spam.
