    When I see amazing skins I'm like "Wow! Way better then me." But some deserve more diamonds...
    Most 'popular ' people (i should say) get more diamonds because people, idk like them because they have been on PMC for a while of smh. Like if a new skinner on PMC has an amazing skin, he/she gets no attention.

    Not to be mean , i had to say this... sorry if this makes no sense!

    It could be that not a lot of people see it, that maybe they posted on a more quieter time where fewer people are active.
    There are many cases of new skinners getting a bunch of attention though, just not everyone. We can't say make it fair though. People have different preferences on the skins they like.
    Yes, more 'popular' people with a bunch of supporters are going to get diamonds because people will see the upload in their feed than it just drowning in recent skins.

    happens with contests too, a lot of good skins end up lower on the list. Not winning anything, while really bad skins get placed really high on the list. I'm not saying mine are good, but i've seen a lot of good skins getting barely any attention.
