Fletcher Arrowsmith - Codename: Archer | A cunning yet emotionally challenged Executive of Team Rocket. Found as a wandering gambler and orphan, he was brought into Team Rocket as a Grunt by Giovanni's fake promises which played a lot with his abandonment issues.
