On a scale 1-10 how are your leadership skills:
I believe on scale of one to 10 that I am an 8 when it comes to leadership. I'm not going to lie and say that I have always been the ideal player since I started playing, but I have learned and matured in the past five years of playing Minecraft; meaning that being a leader takes courage, commitment, and being the player that others aspire to be.
When in life or otherwise have you taken charge and lead a group or event:
Well, since I'm 14 and still in school, I've been in a bunch of groups and clubs that needed leaders. At first, I was a little timid about stepping up and taking charge, but after a few years of maturing mentally, I gathered the courage to take charge.
One example was when I signed up to take a business course at school. We were assigned to 3 different groups and each had to have a squad leader. I decided why not and my colleagues agreed to it. Our goal was to create a product that was unique and that would benefit greatly to consumers. Being the Squad leader, I had to manage the debate among my fellow colleagues and invent an idea that would be beneficial. After 4 months of hard work, we finally came up with an idea, created it, and set up a business plan about how we were going to get publicity and our marketing standpoint.
Why should we pick you:
You should choose me over other applicants because I have experience running a minecraft server. If I were to become a staff member, I would dedicate my time to help players, moderate disputes, and fixing problems that players have, also making their stay more enjoyable. I am helpful, nice, mature, and very honest. I never lie, disrespect, abuse, etc. I will keep the server up and running and will try my very best to help out the server in any way possible. I could always suggest new plugins and server ideas. I see this server as a server with potential, potential that one day will benefit you and the community. I'm extremely active on servers and on forums and if for some reason, I'm not on the server, I would be on the forum. My schedule is very flexible and can change if needed. I can be very humorous at some times, but when things get serious, I know right away what my attitude should be. I believe I am the right man for the job because I have experience from my old days as a staff member with other players' emotions and know how to deal with them correctly, while being in a firm, respectable and professional manner. I am kind and friendly, which helps, and I know the exact amount of 'sternness' to use when doing my job as a staff member. As a part of the staff team, I will never abuse my powers, and accept that if any problems should arise I may have my powers take away from me and will not argue nor deny the fact that I have done something wrong.
What do you bring to the staff team and the server:
If I am accepted as Staff Manager on here, I will devote all the time I have to help improving the server to the best of my abilities even if that only means watching the chat and helping new players find their way around the server. I will want to make the server a fun and safe environment for all players who join. I will also be very diligent and obedient and I will always be willing to take up new challenges that are given to me along the way. Also, being a Staff Manager means having good judgement; judging whether an applicant is worthy for a position on here and at the same time making sure your staff is doing their job.

Yes, I would love to organize events.
How good are you 1-10 are your conflict management skills, AKA are you good at resolving problems:
My conflict management skills are most likely a nine. This is because I like to think that I am very good at solving problems calmly and without making too big of a scene. If there is a dispute between two players, I would listen to both sides and make a fair judgement of what the outcome would be.
Can you be respectful to lower ranking staff even if you are their upper:
I believe lower ranked staff members deserve the same level of respect as their superiors due to they are also a part of the same staff team as you are. Also, that doesn't mean that I will let them walk all over me, I will be strict with them, but also respect them.
Do you agree to be professional if denied, and can you explain why it's important:
I believe your true character is shown when you are at the low points in your life and it's how you deal with them that makes others know who you really are.
Do you agree not to ask us to read it more than once, why is this also important:
When I was head of recruitment on another server I was frequently spammed to read applications to the point of having to institute an automatic denial of an application if a player asked me to read it. It can really get annoying and, for me at least, is a sign of immaturity.
