Im interested to help out the server as not long ago i stood down from my own server, i want to change to helping a server not so much being top in charge. I would like to go for mod or admin, i could ask for higher but i would like to earn the trust of you and your staff,
As and moderator i would just make sure all players are following the rules and having fun, i would help with suggestions on the server. I think a modertor should just help player and assist staff so higher ranked staff can get along with what they are doing without having to answer questions.
As admin i would make sure that the moderators are doing the correct thing and if not give tips on how they can improve. I would assist Co owners and the owner if needs be for help.
As technician i would get staff and players feed back on the plugins we have and also ask for suggestions. I would keep all plugins up to date as i have on my own server. Before installing plugins i would check with the owner and/or co owners to make sure that the plugin is correct for the server and give information on how it would beneficent it would be for the server.
As an advisor i would carefully over see all operations of the server and make sure that its running at its best, i would constantly try and work on improving the server for staff and players. I am a fairly good builder so in my own time i can make designs and get the owner and/or co owners to see all designs and describe how they would be beneficial of improving the server and same goes with the plugins.
