  Is anyone else having a problem where the skin, when you put it in the walk, it goes SUPER FAST or it stops at a certain phase in the walk?

  Yup, and the developers are aware that it's happening. 🙂 Hopefully (and probably) it will be fixed soon.
  It turns out to be a timing issue that happens when you browse PMC in multiple tabs. 😅
