    Nevermind I figured out how to make a texture pack for BOTH versions. Java Minecraft will still get a mod since I already kind of started working on it!

    Sadly I am not sure on how to get the needed things for a texture pack. So I might make a mod instead. Bedrock will be getting a texture pack. Since Minecraft has those resources there for me to use.
