  if you mean in like a wall post, I use imagur just upload and copy the image address(right click on image) and paste it in were you want it! (sometimes it takes a minute to upload properly for me at least)

  as far as I know, you'll need to upload the image to an image hosting website (i personally use imgur---no account needed), then grab the link and embed it wherever you want to use it! ^^
