Notch made the mob, then users on Reddit pointed out the similarities to Slenderman, so he decided to name it the Enderman, much to the chagrin of certain communities, such as /v/, who opted for the name "Farlanders".

Israphel is only in the Yogbox. If you've seen him/her/it in vanilla, there is an outside source, such as a mod, plugin, or player.

While the music is calming, if not vaguely depressing, the ambiance used in caves and darkness is the only thing that bring me close to freaking out.
