Why are you applying for this position:
I'd like to apply for staff in particular because I'm great with people and communication, which is a big part in any sort of communial type thing, such as a minecraft server. A staff member is a mandatory position in any sort of server or network and I noticed that you guys are reviewing applications so I thought I'd give it a try. I'd like this position because I like working with people, I'm very social. I like to be up to date on things, know how everything is running, know how everybody is doing, etc. I feel like I'd be a great fit for this role, and have had this role on past minecraft servers. Also, I'm very fast acting. If I know someone is acting unorthodox then I would keep tabs on them to make sure everything is fine, and if they act out of proportion I would act as fast as possible. I'm also very familiar with commands and a lot of plugins, which is very useful when working with spigot/bukkit servers.
How Experienced are you:
I've been playing minecraft for quite awhile, now. I've been playing since the release of 1.2.4 and have loved the concept of multiplayer servers every since. I have been Moderator and Administrator on many small servers that are now sadly shut down. I have also owned my own server and know how hard it is to trust people and believe them. I also used to be a Head-Moderator on a Garry's Mod server called Imperial Entertainment. I resigned from this position as it was summer and I had planned on losing weight. The server was pretty popular had about 200-300 regulars and 20-30 people on at a time.
If you saw someone something against the rules over and over what do you do?- Act fast and give them a warning, and if they do not comply I would take action. For example, if it was spamming they would get a temp mute, and then after the temp mute is done if they continue I would give them a full mute and a forum or channel on discord to appeal to mute to, I would also gather evidence to show I'm not abusing powers as a lot of "victims" claim that staff are abusing powers.
