Why should we choose you:I am a experienced (though 14) administrator with skills in all plugins and i would be able to help you set up a website for your server and i would help you with plugins , im also a youtuber , http://www.youtube.com/user/itsnerdgamer , im not looking to become a admin because of this im just stating i have high quality recording softwares which will allow me to provide any evidence of hackers (for future references) also i write down every important decision i make while a person of higher authority isnt online.

What can you contribute to the server:Plugin expeirance in all areas , some expertise in web design and programming , online 4 / 6 hours a day , excluding wednesdays , UTC Timezone , i also have the files for my server that i recently closed and if necessary i can run the server for you.

**Can you do permissions(Yes or No): Yes (i just stopped my own server which i still have the files for)

**How well are you with plugins(1-10):9 1/2 (the small majority of plugins no-one uses i can do well with but i know all the commands for basically every major plugin and i know my way around all of the smaller plugins.)

Dont apply here the staff hasnt even got spawn pvp protected and they have realised the server and people spawn kill and they dont do anything about it (not on about admins im on about the owners)

Why you want this ? Because i see potential in your server , but its also getting tedious joining a big server with NO community and then joining a small server that has abusive admins or owners that are never online so i want to join this server and help make it so that everyone is equal and there is no unfair gameplay , i am also a youtuber so i can help your server by recording videos , i am partnered with infimax tv so i can get some of them to play which could be very helpfull to get your server started , this could be very good for your server , but all in all i just want to be a , HeadAdmin/Admin on a server , so i can finally get dedicated and stick to 1 server instead of having to fuss around loads of differant servers.
Could you donate ? Unfortunately no but if i could i would , sorry.
Amount played per day ? 3-4 Hours Per Day , i will be off the odd day though.

your experience? Im studying GCSE in ICT , Programming , Technology and i have been owner of my own server and admin on several servers , my server was shut down due to funding reasons and the other servers got shut down without the admins (me) knowing and then the owner just ignored us which is annoying but i dont mind as it is the owners choice.

IUSEDTHISFORFORUMS i would like to ask a question it is very simple , how old are you? considering you have put a capital letter at every word also how does a urge for pvp help prevent hackers all i see is that you will tp people to you and you will kill them

I have found bug number 1 i will list them by editing this post
1) When going through the faction portal you spawn ontop of a building (note : only happens if you are going through for the first time (not fixed)

2) When in the sky block world you cant type /spawn as it says you dont have permission (note : not fixed)

InGameName: masterboss2012 (ik it sounds weird if you have a plugin I would like to change it please I created this acc back in 2006)
Previous moderation experience: ive been co leader in 4 servers and a moderator in 3 I have been been with most of them for over a year but most of them shut down I hope that don't happen again.
Why should I be staff?:
I've made other servers prosperos and ride of griefers (if you wish) by enforcing rules strictly I was known as the lawman on one of the servers I was mod on , I also play quite a lot and have a lag free laptop considering I got the laptop 2 weeks ago , I also have a built in webcam/mic so I can speak on Skype and provide a helpline and I would also be able to download teamspeak if you wished , thanks for taking the time to read this , I also have had some expeirance in programming if that makes a difference but it wouldn't that much because im not going for the dev position.
