Why should we accept you? Because I believe a staff member's job is not to abuse their archenemy, feed their friends a billion diamonds and armor, marry a 5 year old acting as a girl, or have fun in creative. Their real job is to be sure the server remains intact, meaning making sure it's not griefed, and if it is, it's taken care of. Or if there's a spammer in chat, they're muted, or those creepy pill ads on the forums, then the thread is deleted and then advertiser is banned. Your job is to be sure the server is safe, rather than being sure you have fun trolling the owner's hard-earned players. Survival servers are called survival servers for a reason, you know. Just because you're staff doesn't give you the right to spawn all these diamonds, and sell them on the economy for a fortune. That just plain defeats the purpose of there BEING an economy on the server. And spawning stuff to give to your buttbuddies has the same effect, as well. Oh, and that guy that killed you over and over in the PVP arena? You still don't have the right to abuse him and blow up his house and steal his items. That's plain childish, and worthy of a demotion. I am experienced, skillful, mature, hardworking and efficient. I produce quality work and put all my effort into it. I am great with plugins (configuring, permissions, and troubleshooting, building, advertising, answering questions, moderating forums and chat, creating websites, monitoring players and staff, and using a console.
