There are easier ways of making MC run faster, Been experimenting for a while now, And when using ANY texture pack, You can still have your MC run pretty smooth, Open MCpatcher, Click the Options tab, then disable Lava/Water textures or set them to default, And also anything else, The more you disable or switch to Default the faster MC will run, Seems that Water and lava textures because they constantly move, Seem to lag MC ALOT, Try it out then come back and thank me.
