Can you configure Plugins? I can config plugins in the console of the server, yes.
Can you create Plugins? No, but I am learning how to and i'm very good with permissions and ingame/console commands
Can you do Permissions? Yes, i'm very experienced at developer as used to own my own server and had to config and command ingame every plugin to make it suit my needs. My main job would be to do config in console or ingame commands as im very good at that sort of things.
What Plugins are you familiar with? I have worked with various plugins and have worked with many of them. I have coded/cofigurated many plugins through console and made a average server go to a insane server.
Can you be trusted with information? Explain? Yes, i was a dev on a server called bloodheros it had 250+ people average players in it's closed now but used to be up and i had console and the owner who was getting 250$ donations every hour trusted me with it and i never backstabbed/betrayed him. Also if he told me something i wouldn't share it to people unless he let me or told me too.
Can you install plugins via FTP? Yes
Are you familiar with Multicraft? Yes.
What experience do you have? I used to own my own server and a developer ona server called bloodheros, i have done so many ingame/console commands and have had 2 years of experience as a developer and learning to code plugins as we speak. I have also been developer on many other servers these are called FunkyFactions, CustomPrison(op) and many others.
What coding Languages do you know? I know a bit of Java right now and learning as we speak but my ingame commands are very good and i have a lot of experience with them
Are you staff on any other servers (Please List)? Not right now as i'm trying to find a new server to bring my expertees with me.
Why should we choose you? My commitment and enthusiasm, if you tell me a job i wont stop untill i have done it or figured out how to doit and you can rely on me to do anything you want because i wont stop untill i have done it too 100% effort and commitment, im also very mature.
SCENARIO: The server is currently down and you were not aware what do you do? I would figure out why it was down then rectify the problem or ask owners if they have closed it etc. I would look into the problem
SCENARIO: The server is lagging more and more by the minute what do you do? I would figure out the cause of the problem and try to find the best educated solution and make sure it doesn't effect the overall experience of the players.

Have you been banned before? (off of any other server): Never been banned a clean slate, im not a person to get banned because im down to earth and a very nice person, but know when to put my foot down and when to have a laugh, and not to get over the top.
Would you consider donating?: Yes, in the future if i see this server as a server i will spend alot of my time on then yes, i will proberly donate quite alot of money.
What type of plugins are you fluent in? Such as permissions, scoreboards, economy, ext: Im fluent in most plugins, because my main role is a developer on many servers and know alot of plugins and config etc.

Will you obey the server rules? - Obviously, i wouldn't apply if i didn't.

Can you be reasonably mature in a group environment? - Yes, in a group i would be serious and make sure it's not out of hand, i have a very mature side to me which is quite serious and makes people not be angry or agressive, im also experienced in situations that get out of hand and how to deal with them. Why do you want this position: I always like helping people and I do enjoy making kits and donations, etc. I am a hard worker and I do obey and follow they rules that I am givin. This is very good opportunity to learn more about coding and leadership. Most of the time I keep the staff busy with work that has not been accomplish.

How would you deal with:
A Griefer: It Would Depend On The Server Rules. I Personally Would Warn Him That If He Does it Again, I Will Either Temporary Ban Him Or Jail Him. And Then Il Tell The Victim How To Better Protect His Land.
A Spammer: I Would Verbally Tell Him To Stop Spaming. If He Continues, I Would Mute Him For 30-40 Minutes. If He Keeps Spaming I Would Temporary Ban Him For 2 Hours.
A Player Who Just Join The Server For The First Time: I Would Welcome Him and make sure he feels at home
A Person Who Says They Are From Planet Minecraft: I Would Just Ignore The Person.
What Rules Do You Think A Server Should Have:
- Do Not Advertise
- No Hacked Clients
- Don't Spam
- Don't Use 3rd Party Mods
Mostly Depends On The Server Rules And Plugins, Etc.

Hello, My name is King_mb. I an 16 and live in England. I an applying for the rank, Developer. I am great with plugins and commands. The main purpose of most of my plugins is to prevent lag and frame rate drops. The plugin I am working on is keeping a server from lagging when to many players join. This plugin reduces the amount of packets that get sent to the server whenever a player joins. A little bit about me- I've had minecraft since it came out and have owned a server for about 2 years. I have alot of experience with moderating huge servers. i think that with my help, I could help tell you good plugins to the best of my ability and make many people have fun in the server. I want this position to thoroughly help. i think with this position, i will be able to show my full capabilities and show you how good i am at this position, i feel like i would excell at this position and because i have alot of experience, with commands and everything else with creative servers i can also build very well, and im good at designing, and the interior of things, but in general good at most things in building.i can also operate a server very well, im good at making time for people and making sure they can ask any thing they want.
