I'm sorry, but good staff? My friend is constantly banned by a moderator for horrible reasons. For example, he was going to go AFK at a mob grinder. The mod said, "Don't go AFK or I'll ban you! Come to spawn now or I will!" My friend did not go to spawn, and the Moderator banned him for a day. I am not sure what the mod's name is, but he has totally ruined this fun server for my whole faction and gives it a bad reputation.
