Do you have discord? No, unfortunately it won't un on my computer. I think it may be a virus, I'm not sure....
What are you applying for? Anything in player management (Mod, Admin, Helper, etc)
How much time can you contribute per day? Depends, probably 3-5 tops since I work for another server, too.
What experience in staff work do you have? I'm the former co-owner and now admin of MCDisney.
If someone spams, what do you do? Start with just kicking them. If that doesn't work mute them for a bit, and if THAT continues I'll perm-mute him.
If someone is using racist slurs, or just generally being offensive, what do you do? I tell them their mother would be ashamed and tempmute them. If it continues I'd mute them or ban them depending on the level of hate.
If someone is hacking, what do you do? I'd need solid evidence they were hacking. I'd probably tempban them, because I definitely believe in second chances. But if they did one thing wrong after that they'd be permanently removed.
If someone is disrespecting anyone on the server, what do you do? I'd first ask them politely to stop. If it continues I'd warn them not-so-politely. If it still continues they'd need a tempban or tempmute.
