What are you looking to achieve from this?: I wish to spread greatness and leadership to the community of the server, to show the players of the server that im not just there to do my JOBbut that i care about them as if they were my own family and always make sure that the players have the best time of their life when they join the server and make sure that no one leaves the server unhappy and if i dont do that i feel like i did my JOB wrong. For example if i was an admin on the your sever it not only be my job to make sure people follow the rules and play the game fair but to show them leadership, Happiness once they press the connect button.
What are my Strengths?: My strengths include helping people, Leadership, Role making. I learn quick and i never forget, i love hard complicated jobs because it gives me a challenge but if the hardest challenges i mange to still get them done to the 100%. i am always motivated and happy i belive in teamwork because without help nothing gets done. Wich is kinda weird for me to say because somedays ill want people to help but other days i want to work alone. I learn from mistakes and i never make those mistakes AGAIN, im always looking foward.
What are your weaknesses?: One weaknesses is when someone starts saying rude things it hurts but i dont let it get too me and i continue with my job.
Briefly describe yourself: My Name is Taylor Murray i live in Alberta Canada, i was born in British Columbia Canada in october 16 1998. i turn 17 in 6 months, im the oldest of my siblings. i have been playing minecraft for about 4 years now, i did run my own server it was factions/ Minigames so i do know alot of plugins. i had to shut it down for the lack of MONEY. I love sports, i am currently in wrestling and rugby at the moment. every day when i wake up i always say a quote by my favorite role model. i am also a developer on a small factions server.
