This cave skeleton will only spawn in caves only at night. But, if you're a hacker they will come out at night and try to find you. If they find you they will use the golden arrows to get you banned. If you're just a player they will only shoot white normal arrows at you and you'll just die. If you're a hacker you'll be banned from the Minecraft server forever.
