A normal enderman? Think again. The ender archer will prowl for any overworld players, and they barely spawn in the End, but can if you spawn them there. They work surprisingly well with shulkers.

It is nearly impossible to tell which side it will shoot you, so beware... This will transform your regular skeletons into a much better guard, whether which side you are on.

This is part of "The End's Revolution", when the End tries to take over the overworld by turning normal overworld mobs on their side!
