My thought for this skin was an enderman who wasn’t able to teleport naturally, or he lives in a world where endermen just can’t teleport, so he attaches an Eye of Ender to himself using netherite and it imbues his body with its power, allowing him to teleport. It is hooked up to his eye and changes its color because it allows him to see where he is going to teleport, but he still needs one eye to remain so he can see normally (and I think it just looks cool ;). This skin became more cyborg-y than I intended at first, but I still like it.
