Hidden away in the End realm lies a special and disgusting form of Endermite, these disgusting things appear green and fat with two rows of teeth. But what makes them disgusting is what they do, these creatures have been seen burrowing into large chunks of flesh generally that of giants, horses, and sometimes even humans.

After burrowing in, these creatures consume parts of the flesh to nest in and then connect themselves to the veins and nerves of the eaten organ that it now lies in. With being connected to the piece of viscera, the creature now has a mobile home it can move around in, and if it were to be attacked, the creature spits bile, saliva, acid, and flesh all in one nice little ball at its victim.
