To remove the spider eyes you'll need to edit "spider_eyes.png" and erase them completely. You should be able to do that with almost any image editor (as long as it isn't MS Paint)

"spider_eyes.png" should be either in the "entity" or "spider" folder on a Resource Pack

Or you could just modify it on Nova Skin
