Here I tried improving the bat by giving it a simple pink nose (Like those of some species of real-life bats) rather than the simple-lined mouth and gave it better-modeled feet. I also gave it a tiny tail and made the wing fingers a bit more noticeable. And, like a lot of real-life bats, gave it lighter markings around the face and chest.
