I was making creepers for my private resource pack. thought I'd share these.
This is the inactive version of the Observer creeper. It is meant to be animated, but this can only be done with mods. So, I've uploaded both versions in order for people to remake it themselves if they wish. it is (mostly) ready for FreshAnimations.
It sources the texture from the actual Observer itself.
