Isn't this an official Minecraft Earth texture? (that I mentioned both in title, description and credits)
Also the original texture isn't like vanilla's panda one, so if you just download it and use it the texture will result all twisted. In fact I only claim the fix, that I did personally. Anyway I'll mention him in credits.

Yeah, Minecraft Earth has a lot of beautiful mob variations!
I just copy-pasted parts of the skin for making it usable in standard Minecraft, sadly they aren't 100% accurate 'cause of different models, that obv I can't modify. (for example this skin miss a mushroom like hat)
