Most Allays are free spirited creatures, born without borders and limitations so that they can live a life of freedom. But, there are those out there that see these creatures as beings to serve, forcing them to dawn dirty drab robes, removing their wings, and shackling them to magic chain balls that continue to allow them to levitate, but they cannot travel far away from their masters.

But these creatures are punished heavily for even the most minor mistakes, this punishment and imprisonment slowly transform the Allay into a Malevolent being. They decided enough was enough, and so they bashed their slavers to death with the shackles that bind them, they could not find a key to their paper weight, but they managed to break the spell on them.Now they wander, weary of humans they see, ready to use their new found flails against any human that plans to slave them.
