This phantom came from the oceans, with the roaring waves and tides.
Basically, this is a water phantom. The only changes to it are that the flesh is more blue in color and I also did a bit of shading on parts that were from vanilla that were otherwise not very detailed. I made this skin because I thought it would be cool to have phantoms that look more like they are from oceans.
