Catish Language Pack:
English:
With this language pack, you can see through the eyes of a furry feline. Educate yourself by knowing exactly what a cat thinks of life, the universe, and everything. View how everything revolves around felines. Understand the joys of batting around small objects, the thrill of the hunt when finally pouncing on that string, and the purrs from waking up your human at midnight for food.
Thank you for using the Catish Language!
Remember to ask your feline if the translations are right for you. Side effects of using the pack may include, but are not limited to, usage of other humans as slaves to do your evil bidding, tormenting the neighbor's canine, scratching the furniture, and in some cases, incessantly demanding treats/food from others.
Catish (Meow, roaw):
Meow, roaw, mew! Meow, meow, meow, food, roaw. Ignorant humans, meow, roaw. Meow, roaw, roaw, conquer the universe, meow.
Roaw, mew, meow for Roaw-ation:
1. Meow, meow, roaw, why install if you are a cat? Meow.
Crocish Language Pack:
This language pack grants you the grand ability to see life through the eyes of a lethargic crocodile. Learn how almost everything could be food. Experience just how difficult it is to wake and eat some wildebeests after peaceful laying there in the muddy river all day. Understand the lethargicness as you contemplate whether or not you should run from those hunters or just be killed so that you won't have to move.Thank you for using the Crocish Language!
Cease using this pack immediately if you experience any of these symptoms:
- Wallowing in Bodies of Water For 17 - 19 Hours per Day
- Being Cold-Blooded
- Holding Breath for up to 2 Hours at a Time
- Having your Fourth Tooth Showing when Mouth is Closed
- Being Incredible Lazy (This may actually be normal in many cases)
- Laying Eggs
- Burying the Eggs in Holes or Mound Nests
Important Information:
Instructions for Installation:1. Open Minecraft and enter a world
2. Press "Esc"
3. Press "Options"
4. Press "Resource Packs" (It is located next to the "Snooper Settings" and below "Language", above the wide bar labeled "Done".)
5. Press "Open resource pack folder"
6. Drag and drop the contents of "Elilmaliths Language Pack - 1.7.4 v2.zip" into the Folder

What is a Language Pack?
A language pack alters the text in the game.
It alters the names of blocks, items, and mobs and the messages in Minecraft. Most languages packs found online just change the text to a specific theme and are meant to be purely for entertainment. (Such as this one! :) )

If a language pack has textures in it (mine do not), then I am not sure if you can use only the language pack and not the textures. There might be some way to override the textures through somehow configuring the order that the game loads it, but I do not know.
If the language pack doesn't have any textures, then you can always change the texturepack without the language pack being affected. If you need to, you can open a language pack all simply delete the textures inside it.
You can still add languages in through the old way. First, find the version of Minecraft that you wish to edit in "C:\Users\NAME\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\versions\". Then, open the .jar file inside with WinRAR, 7zip, or a similar program. Delete the META-INF folder. Enter the folder "assets", then "minecraft", then "lang", and add the new language file in there. That should work, but I am not entirely sure.... In the old way, you also had to update a log of all of the languages to create the button for it.
Basically, the joke is that if you keeping using a specific pack you might start turning into the specific beast that the pack is oriented around.
I have simply copied one of them and edited it with WordPad/Notepad to make a completely new language.
Then, the "pack.mcmeta" has to be configured properly through WordPad/Notepad.
(As of 1.6.1) When those are placed properly inside a resourcepack, it becomes an option under the Languages Selection Menu.
