I need some help, right now I the used shaderpack and suddenly, everything is extremely bright, I had tried it before, had my settings all in place, but it is all bright as the sun, exclusively the sky and glowing blocks.

Go to Options -> Video Settings -> Other, click "Reset Video Settings"

Underwater looks great but the surface is still standard pixel art. Just so everyone knows. The glowing ore and eyes are part of the texture pack, not the shaders so I would recommend getting this just for that since you can stack it with another texture pack and still keep the glow details. That's what I did!

If the surface is standard pixel art then that means either your Optifine version is broken, or your graphics drivers are very old. Complementary needs newer Optifine and graphics drivers to work.
