I made a little Minecraft-Modification called "EmeraldTools". EmeraldTools adds the following items to the game:

Tools

- Emerald Sword
- Emerald Shovel
- Emerald Pickaxe
- Emerald Axe
- Emerald Hoe

Emerald tools are:

1) 2x stronger against mobs (No one-hit-kill even though!) than diamond.
2) 1,5x stronger against blocks than diamond.

Armor

- Emerald Helmet
- Emerald Chestplate
- Emerald Leggings
- Emerald Boots

It does not work with Forge at the moment, sorry. And it works with 1.4.5, of course.
