Advanced XP Converter: 800 XP capacity, 40,000 RF storage, 5 XP per cycle, 600 RF per cycle
Elite XP Converter: 1,600 XP capacity, 55,000 RF storage, 12 XP per cycle, 1,200 RF per cycle
