Introducing: Faster Furnace Datapack!
- Does exactly what it says: All Vanilla Furnace smelting time is now reduced by half (from 10 seconds to 5 seconds)!
Smelt things faster!
- Can be installed in combination with my other datapacks!
- Can be installed in Multiplayer!
- You can use /trigger info, then click into the datapack name to know more about the datapack!
(It only shows you what you can do without cheats enabled!)
Installation Notes: <Click to open>

- If you have problems in installing the datapack, try opening the downloaded .zip file, then drag the first thing you see and drop it to the datapacks folder of your world. Works for all my datapacks!
- Use /function #main:remove and follow the instructions to uninstall the datapack completely!
- You can also use /function #main:remove, then delete the old version then install the new version, use /reload afterwards to update the datapack.

Ahh yes, Classic Faster Furnace. This one was made cause furnaces has always been slow in my opinion. With the addition of the 1.14 upgraded furnaces, I've been thinking about expanding the upgraded furnaces' recipes instead, but I didn't got around to it.



Anyways, I'll make this for the latest version of the game soon.

This is a great datapack!

Quick question, though-- How do I change smelting times? I want Iron/Gold Ores to smelt at a quarter speed as normal.

You need to get into the codes to do that as that is currently impossible to add as an in-game option

Hi! The Faster Furnace datapack removes the Redstone Block -> 9 Redstone recipe. I'm not sure if its the only recipe that's removed but it is one I stumbled upon

Also, you should notice my (1.13-1.13.2) signal. That's the version the datapack was designed for. If you're using a version that is not the Minecraft version that this datapack is designed for, you may encouter unexpected bugs. Next time you should tell me the version that you're using. That helps me out a lot!
