Mob heads: now obtainable in Survival!
Mob Heads enables most vanilla mobs to have a chance of dropping their respective head, or skull, on death. The actual odds mimic the formula used to determine whether Wither Skeletons will drop a skull, and so boils down to 2.5%. The rates of mob head drops is impacted by the Looting enchantment, to the same degree as Wither Skeleton skull drops.
In addition, you can craft some of the special Mojang heads by combining their respective block/item and an enderpearl together in a crafting grid; the recipe is shapeless. (eg. Cactus Block + Enderpearl = Cactus Mini-block). These are wearable and placeable, just like any of the mob heads.
This mod utilizes the SkullOwner NBT tag of Heads, and so even after uninstalling this mod, the items will retain their appearance and functionality; however, upon placement and picking a head back up, it will lose its rename. Normally the mod corrects this, but names will revert on placement if you choose to uninstall the mod but keep the heads.
All heads are available from the Creative Menu as well.
