Does anyone know if there is a mod which causes ice to drop ice blocks without creating a water source? And either causes ice to not melt or not create a water source when it melts?

If you can I'd really appreciate it. I've had someone else try but they didn't know how to stop the ice from losing the transparency effect in the process. :(

ur correct they dont with a clean minecraft but they will drop books with an axe :D
